ALmix Control Houses | Layouts

Choose from a wide variety of asphalt plant control house sizes and styles to find just the right setup for your plant operations. Whichever unit you choose, it will be comprised of a custom insulated, steel-framed building featuring high efficiency heat pumps and air handling units. Each ALmix Control House is designed as a total system operator station. Houses are available in single level, split level and full 2-story versions with the ability to add customized storage or work rooms, garage doors and operator consoles with true 360-degree views. ALmix also offers multiple highly portable control house designs allowing your control center to move as easily as the rest of your plant.

ALmix Control Houses | Features

All ALmix Control Houses are designed to provide a safe, refined, and controlled environment for your asphalt plant operators and automation systems. Our larger control houses feature UL-Approved Motor Control Centers (MCC) complete with manual backups for each bucket. Hurricane rated windows and double entry doors, rubberized flooring, and industrial coated roofing materials are employed for the utmost in protection. Outdoor-rated knife switches allow switching between power sources and outdoor main disconnects are offered to greatly reduce arc-flash risk potential. Red night lights are provided to maintain interior visibility without sacrificing plant visibility when working while the sun is down.

All controls are factory-installed and factory-tested prior to delivery to expedite plant set-up and operation.
